Aalu ko Achar – Teej special

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE ALU KO ACHAR / ALOO KO ACHAR. (Potato Salad pickle)

– 3 boil Potatoes
– 4 tsp Cooking oil
– ½ Sesame seeds
– ¼ Cumin seeds
– ¼ Fenugreek seeds (Methi)
– ¼ Turmeric powder
– 1/3 Coriander leaves
– 4 Green chilies
– 1/3 Green peas
– 1 cup Cucumber
– 1 Lemon
– 4-5 Red Chilli

DESCRIPTION FOR Aalu ko achar:

Aalu ko Achar / Aloo ko Achar is all time favourite Nepali dish. It is very famous in every household in Nepal. Mainly it is prepared in special occasions. Alu ko achar goes very well with rice, pulao, chiura (beaten rice).
I made this video especially for Teej because it is enjoyed by every Nepalese women one day before fasting day.
Of course all the men enjoy it too
