New Special Security Plan For ‘Holi’

Kathmandu, 20th March: Nepal police informed that it will bring ‘special security plan’ for upcoming festival ‘Holi’ on Kathmandu, Valley. There were many criminal and accidental activities were used to happen previous year, so to minimize such incidents police made new plan.
